PVA MediaLab is equipped with three dedicated studios:

  • STUDIO 1 is equipped with a network of Apple Macintosh computers. These machines provide the backbone of our system and are equipped for most multimedia tasks.

  • STUDIO 2 is set up as a dedicated sound studio, complete with digital desk, midi equipment and software. Surround sound authoring capability has been recently added. Software includes Apple Logic, DP4 and Reason.

  • STUDIO 3 is configured for DV video editing using Final Cut Pro alongside DVD authoring using DVD Studio Pro. We can author high quality DVD tracks and showreels, including surround sound mixes.
PVA MediaLab offers a bespoke training scheme accessible to artists throughout the UK. We specialise in project development work and can offer artists support in origination and completion of projects.

Our network of artist project developers can support a variety of projects including sound design, digital audio, digital video, DVD authoring, web design, imaging, interactivity (MAX/MSP) and many more. We do not currently support 3D programming.
